Meditation helps us recover our inherent sanity, wisdom, and goodness.
It also reduces the chances of our being a jerk to ourselves and others.
It doesn’t matter whether our goal is to be mindful in our daily life, reduce stress, support our recovery, reconnect our body and mind, or to cultivate compassion, clarity, and contentment, meditation allows our mind to relax and settle so we may develop our mind’s inherent qualities of stability, clarity and strength.
